We are experienced experts in industrial automation. We provide a comprehensive range of automation products to meet our customers requirements. Due to many years of experience in valve automation, we offer the whole range of actuators, especially electro hydraulic type. From very compact electrohydraulic actuator to a large hydraulic sytem with PLC control, we deliver the complete range. Also process control software is part of our program.

The pleasure of engineering and development of solutions for industrial automation was the initial incentive for KTC Systemtechnik. Klaus Seiler and Carsten Teichler, both experienced in the automation business for many years, established KTC Systemtechnik in 2010. Our technical team consist of employees, experienced in electrical engineering, hydraulics, mechanical engineering as well as control engineering (PLC). The company premisis for production and administration cover about 500m² Since the founding of KTC, many interesting and large projects are realised. Our customers are valve manufacturer and engineering companies as well as end user from different areas like power stations, oil&gas, pipelines and chemical industries. Our company objectives are the satisfaction of our customers, employees and business partners. Hence, we develop our products and services continously. Regular professionel education is self-evident.

KTC electro hydraulic fails safe actuator is now available with modulating control unit. Our actuators are suitable for ATEX Zone 1.

  • Hydraulic pressure units with one or several connected actuators with PLC control unit and a user HMI touchscreen for maintenace and control purposes.
  • Also self contained hydraulic actuators, modulatin or just open/close, with fail safe position open/close/stay put available. SIL and ATEX certificates / declarations are standard.

  • I-TORK and SAMSON has developed a solution to meet the ASTAD specifications, whereas other competitors doesn't have the actuators with profibus communication during that time.
  • The AHU MOVs are continuously operating, unlike other area application MOVs in the site.
  • VETEC rotary plug valves are characterized by high flow capacities and excellent control quality with extremely high resolution.
  • Typically, the Kvs/Cv values are two to three times higher than those of classic globe valves.
  • The rangeability of 200:1 significantly outperforms the globe valve and is also superior to other comparable products.
